National Night Out
Harford County Equestrian Center, 608 N. Tollgate Road, Bel Air, MD 21014
August 4, 2026 – 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Harford County ARES/RACES participated in Harford County’s National Night Out. There were seven members present: Steve Fook, Steve Weasler, Cathy, Beverly, Greg, Carlton, and Alex. Our setup was located next to the exit road near vendor parking areas. The setup was convenient and near our cars. We used a mini Field Day type set up and were isolated from the other vendors. Being isolated was the only disadvantage, but we could not have a productive event in those areas due to the terrain, the crowded locations, and the loud music among them. We had a fair amount of foot traffic from the parking areas. We used Steve Fook’s hex beam and go kit equipment with canopy and table displays with handouts.
