Food and refreshments will be served at 6\nPM\, and the meeting will commence at 7 PM. Hams interested in attending should send an email to\nharfordaresraces@gmail.com. ARES/RACES provides backup and supplemental radio communications\nto DES and other county agencies during major emergency events and communication outage events.
